Plunger dosing pump with spring return
The A series plunger metering pump is typically used when:
- The liquid dispensed must be non-abrasive.
- Tightness is not a mandatory requirement
- High pressure required
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system with a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox has a standard non-contact screw with a worm wheel, mounted through a bearing that is completely immersed in an oil bath.
The stroke adjustment can be carried out both in the stopped state and in the working state, manual adjustment or automatic adjustment using an automatic drive controlled by a 4-20 mA hose; bus interface; pneumatic.
Plunger pumps are reliable and easy to maintain, and have the ability to flush or leak control (optional). In addition, they comply with the ATEX standard, so they can be installed in a hazardous area.
