The AI series piston metering pump is manufactured according to API 675. The pump head is made of 316 steel or PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
Upon request, the pump can be made of materials such as Hastelloy, PTFE, PVDE, PP. The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is as follows: 900 °C for a head made of stainless steel and 400 ° C for a head made of PVC. Piston pumps can be made of stainless steel 316 or ceramics.
Pumps can be equipped with manual (micrometer screw), electric (servomotor 4-20 mA), pneumatic motor. Dosing accuracy in the range of 10-100%, is + / - 1%.
