The LI-80 oil skimmer is a reliable and easy-to-install device designed to collect/remove oil, grease and petroleum products from the surface of water, solvents, emulsions and washing solutions.

Since all parts that come into contact with liquid are made of plastic, the use of such a skimmer is not limited to water purification. Alkalis and acids are also purified. Oil, fat, and petroleum products on the surface of the liquid stick to the outer surface of a special collector tape, rise vertically, and oil scrapers remove contamination from the surface of the collector tape into a suitable storage container.

Since the belt is only 80 mm wide, the installation takes up little space. The device can be installed on a bath, and can be continuously cleaned even during the work process. The belt is held in tension by a freely rotating drum without bearings. Since there is no contact between the mechanical parts and the liquid, breakdowns associated with clogging are completely unacceptable.
