The SD series double diaphragm metering pump is typically used when:
- The liquid being dosed contains a small amount of suspended particles.
- No leakage allowed
- The liquid being dispensed is toxic.
- High pressure required
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system with a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox has a standard non-contact screw with a worm wheel, mounted through a bearing that is completely immersed in an oil bath.
The stroke adjustment can be carried out both in the stopped state and in the working state, manual adjustment or automatic adjustment using an automatic drive controlled by a 4-20 mA hose; bus interface; pneumatic. A built-in safety valve is installed in the hydraulic circuit to protect the diaphragm from excess pressure. A distinctive feature of this pump is a special multi-layer diaphragm and a reliable diaphragm rupture detection system.
In addition, they comply with the ATEX standard, so they can be installed in hazardous areas.
