Spring return diaphragm metering pump

The FM series of mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are typically used when:

• The liquid being dosed contains a small amount of suspended particles.
• Sealed design required
• The liquid being dispensed is toxic.

Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system with a vertically positioned motor. The gearbox has a standard non-contact screw with a worm wheel, which is attached via a bearing. The stroke can be adjusted manually both in the stopped state and in the working state. The mechanical membrane ensures easy maintenance. A special feature of this model is the one-piece plastic housing, suitable for acids.

Wide range of materials in contact with the medium: SS316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE, other materials available upon request.
