Spring return diaphragm metering pump

The D series mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are typically used when:

• The liquid being dosed contains a small amount of suspended particles.
• Sealed design required
• The liquid being dispensed is toxic.

Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system with a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox has a standard non-contact screw with a worm wheel, mounted through a bearing that is completely immersed in an oil bath.

The stroke can be adjusted both in the stopped state and in the running state, manual adjustment or automatic adjustment using an automatic drive controlled by a 4-20 mA hose; bus interface; pneumatic. Like pumps with a mechanical diaphragm, they are easy to maintain. In addition, they comply with the ATEX standard, so they can be installed in a hazardous area.

Wide range of materials in contact with the medium: SS316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE, other materials available upon request.
