Hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps of the “B & BR” series are typically used when:

• The liquid being dosed contains a small amount of suspended particles.
• Sealed design required
• The liquid being dispensed is toxic.
• High pressure required

Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system with a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox has a standard non-contact screw with a worm wheel, mounted through a bearing that is completely immersed in an oil bath.

The stroke adjustment can be carried out both in the stopped state and in the working state, manual adjustment or automatic adjustment using an automatic drive controlled by a 4-20 mA hose; bus interface; pneumatic. The BR version is equipped with a built-in safety valve installed in the hydraulic body to protect the membrane from excess pressure.

In addition, they comply with the ATEX standard, so they can be installed in hazardous areas.

Wide range of materials in contact with the medium: SS316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE, other materials available upon request.
