The SDI series multi-layer diaphragm metering pumps comply with API 675 mechanical and performance standards. In addition, they comply with the ATEX standard, so they can be installed in hazardous areas.

The mechanism is based on an internal worm gear, completely immersed in an oil bath with the possibility of connecting to other hydraulic parts, regardless of the size and number of strokes, with the possibility of obtaining a unit with several hydraulic elements. The stroke can be adjusted both in the stopped state and in the working state, manual or automatic adjustment using an automatic drive controlled by a 4-20 mA hose; bus interface; pneumatic.

Accuracy is 1%, within 10-100% of the nominal capacity. The hydraulic circuit has a built-in safety valve to protect the membrane from excess pressure. The special feature of this pump is a special multi-layer membrane and a reliable membrane rupture detection system.
